Aspen/Snowmass & the Roaring Fork Valley are Open

… Well, sorta!

Below is the very latest on Covid-19 as of today, May 8th from the Aspen Times and Pitkin County. The big news in this update is the lifting of the 14-day quarantine period for second homeowners and visitors. The quarantine rule is abandoned for now and let’s hope it stays that way. Restaurants can open on a limited basis on May 20th. Real estate showings are allowed, with the appropriate protocol, starting tomorrow, May 9th.

The success of this re-opening really depends on you and me. Everyone must stay home if sick or experiencing symptoms, honor social distancing, wear masks in public, wash our hands, and report to medical professionals if you are sick. We are in this together … and together we make this work! Advice, recommendations and regulations are changing by the minute. One thing to learn is … it will change again. However, at this moment in time, Aspen/Snowmass and the Roaring Fork Valley are opening … safely and gradually.
